We also offer a Saturday morning clinic from 9.00 am - 12.00 pm.

On call service during working days. Our practice has a doctor on call everyday. Therefore, any patient of this practice will be seen on the same day if the patient considers their problem to be urgent enough. If you are admitted into the SJOG hospital, your usual doctor will take over your care the next working day.
For urgent appointments we suggest that you make your appointment early in the morning (after 8 am) to ensure you get an appointment. If you cannot get an appointment, and you consider it important that you get medical aid the same day, please ask for one of our practice nurses.
The Geraldton After Hours GP Clinic at St John of God private Hospital is open between 18.00 - 22.00 on weekdays and 10.00 - 22.00 on weekends and public holidays (Hermitage Street; Phone 9965 8888). Doctors of the Geraldton Medical Group participate in the after hours roster of the GP Clinic.

Our routine appointments are for 10 minutes. If you feel you need a longer appointment, please let the reception staff know this when booking the appointment. Your doctor may occasionally be delayed. You can always ring to know if your doctor is running on time. Please try not to be late for your appointment as this means other patients will also be subsequently delayed.
If you elect to cancel your appointment, please do this at least 24 hours before your appointment, so that another patient may use that appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a charge of $30.00.
